Please submit a registration form for each of your units separately. You will receive a compiled invoice upon completion of all of your units.
Deadline for Registration is December 6, 2021.
A late fee of $100 will be required for any units registering after December 6,
2021. The final date to register (with late fee) is Monday, December 22, 2021
Cancellations due to COVID restrictions will result in a full credit for next season IF the following criteria are met.
- The group cancelling has paid for a full membership.
- Membership funds have been received by WGPO.
- You must notify WGPO of your membership cancellation BEFORE your first scheduled contest.
Cancellation fees due to COVID restrictions will not apply.
ALL fees must be paid in full by January 29, 2022. PO payments must be fulfilled via check prior to a unit’s first performance (at the board’s discretion).

$650 for primary color guard or primary percussion unit
$350 for second unit

As per the WGPO Handbook, Independent units must provide a copy of organization liability insurance certificate listing Winter Guard and Percussion of Oklahoma as an additional insured. This applies to Independent Units Only.
Deadline for documentation is January 15. Units will not be allowed to compete if fees and documentation are not complete.
