REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
All registrations submitted after December 7 will incur an additional $100 late fee.
- A few changes to the form this year – once you select Color Guard or Percussion – you will then have classifications and contest relative to your selection to choose from. This is meant to simplify the process for you and hopefully that is the result!
- There is a new field to submit your estimated number of performers – you will still be declaring actual numbers when you do your spiel sheet entries on Competition Suite when we get closer to contest time. This is just to help us have adequate materials ordered in advance of championships.
- Reminder – the Cleveland contest on March 9 has changed to Guard only – so Percussion directors – you will not see that date on your contest selection.
- Reminder #2: The March 30 Yukon Contest is only open to Novice, Middle School and SRB Guards, and all Percussion.

Check the handbook first if you have a question – and if you’re still unsure – please post in the WGPO Director’s Group and you’re bound to get a quick answer.
You can now cross-reference each contest to make sure you have your unit signed up for the events you intended. Each contest date is now linked on the schedule page. If you find you did not get signed up correctly, please email webmaster@wgpoklahoma.org to make corrections. |
