Please submit a registration form for each of your units separately. You will receive a compiled invoice upon completion of all of your units.
Fees and Deadlines
*$700 Membership Fee for the primary color guard AND primary percussion unit,
$400 for the second ensemble of the same nature, and $300 for each additional
unit of the same nature. Visiting Units (not a member of the WGPO circuit) may
compete in any show sanctioned by WGPO except Championships for a fee of $175
per show.
*$600 for Partial Membership
Deadline for Registration is December 7. A late fee of $100 will be assessed to any entry form postmarked or submitted after December 7. Final deadline for registration (with late fee) is December 21.
- (Full or Partial Season Members) Withdraw from the circuit no later than 30 days before the unit’s first scheduled competition – 100% refund.
- (Full or Partial Season Members) Withdraw from the circuit no later than 30 days before the unit’s second scheduled competition – 50% refund.
- (Single Contest Only Attendees) Withdraw from a single contest no later than 30 days before the unit’s scheduled competition – 100% refund.
All fees due must be paid in full 30 days prior to the first competitive contest of the WGPO season (2/7/26). PO payments must be fulfilled via check prior to a unit’s first performance (at the board’s discretion). Units will not be permitted to perform in person unless fees have been paid.
(Independent Guards Only) Liability Insurance documents will be due no later than January 15th. Proof of insurance will be required before an independent unit will be allowed to perform at a WGPO sanctioned event. Download the Independent Release Form
