    Current Rule: IV. Meetings and Seminars A. WGPO will hold the following meetings annually. 1-3.
    Add a new line item: 4. The WGPO Executive Board will meet at the end of the competitive season, prior to the summer break, to hold a season debrief. This meeting shall be held during the final weekend of April, assuming all WGI World Championship activities have concluded.
    Rationale: The Executive Board has informally held a debrief in recent years, and I believe it should be added to the bylaws for formal documentation and scheduling. This debrief is beneficial to address any concerns from the season while it is fresh in memory, and focus the board’s efforts prior to the summer membership meeting.
