    Added paid position: H.2. Reserve Contest Director a. The reserve contest director shall be an employee of the circuit. Terms and pay shall be agreed to between the Reserve Contest Director and the Executive Board before the start of the fiscal year.
    Rationale: As we are hosting more events that take place on the same day we need a second contest director.
