3.E.The host site of the Circuit Qualifiers and Championships shall submit to the WGPO Treasurer a check for 50% of the gate revenue. 1. A member of the Executive Board must be present to count the gate money and verify ticket sales. Tickets should be tracked by some measurable method (tallies, ticket stubs, clicker, sales app etc.)

Qualifiers have been added to the rule. This will also ensure both parties have verified the gate sales/income and will also ensure that the treasurer can issue an invoice within the time frame listed in the handbook.
