However – if your unit was previously not attending the Jenks contest this weekend and would now like to add it as a potentially final performance opportunity – please complete this form asap.

    2020 Official Scholastic Organization Statement

    For participation in WGPO competitions at the scholastic level, organizations must submit this form along with their official entry. This form MUST be signed by either the director of bands or the school principal.

    A signature on this form verifies that:

    • all students reside in said school district
    • all students are academically eligible
    • this organization is recognized as a representative of the school
    • you have read the WGPO handbook at www.wgpoklahoma.org
    • the school will accept full responsibility for the actions of the unit's student performers, including copyright/licensing for music which your group utilizes.
