IV., C., 5. a) The Color Guard Review Committee will consist of the Executive Board of the circuit (excluding the Percussion Coordinator) and three elected unit representatives.

      1. One judge can review for more than one caption
   6. One Director from Reg A, Scholastic A (appointed)

Adding clarity to the Judges Coordinator’s participation on the committee, since the position was classified as a WGPO hired employee in 2025. Participation in the review committee would be an excellent learning opportunity for the trial judges, especially if they were not in attendance at the appealing unit’s most recent performance.
