Please submit a registration form for each of your units separately. You will receive a compiled invoice upon completion of all of your units.
Deadlines
Deadline for Registration is January 15, 2021.
A late fee of $100 will be required for any units registering after January 15,
2021.
Cancellations due to COVID restrictions will result in a credit toward the next
season.

ALL fees must be paid in full by February 1, 2021. PO payments must be fulfilled via check prior to a unit’s first performance (at the board’s discretion).
Virtual performances will not be judged if their fees have not been paid. Units
will not be permitted to perform in person unless fees have been paid.
2021 Entry Fees:
$400 for primary color guard or primary percussion unit
$300 for second unit
$200 for each additional unit

INDEPENDENT GROUPS:
As per the WGPO Handbook, Independent units must provide a copy of organization liability insurance certificate listing Winter Guard and Percussion of Oklahoma as an additional insured. This applies to Independent Units Only.
Deadline for documentation is January 15. Units will not be allowed to compete if fees and documentation are not complete.
